Hi and welcome to the World of Warcraft! If this is your first character or you have never leveled a character past level 20, then this guide is for you. One of the most frequently asked questions is "What class levels the fastest?" The fastest way to level in World of Warcraft is by questing and every class can quest fairly easily. However, the Hunter and Rogue classes kill enemies faster than the other classes and can provide a slight edge to those looking to hit level 70 in the shortest amount of time possible. That said, you should choose a class that you have fun playing.
One of the most daunting things for the wow gold (http://www.flywowgold.com) new player is using the in-game auction house. The following is a list of items that sell very well in your first 20 levels along with their average listing prices:
- Linen Cloth (Sells for 30-50 silver a stack)
- Wool Cloth (Sells for 40-70 silver a stack)
- Silk Cloth (Sells for 70-150 silver a stack)
- Green Weapons and armor you cannot use (Sells for 30 silver-3 gold per item)
- Blue Weapons and Armor That are "Bind on Equip" (Sells for a minimum of 15 gold each)
- Small Eggs (30 silver - 50 silver a stack)
- Any type of animal meat you loot (Sells to cooks and hunters at 30 silver to 4 gold a stack
- Copper Ore (sells for 1-2 gold a stack)
- Rough Stone (sells for 20 silver to 1 gold a stack)
As you can see, your starting professions should be gathering professions. I highly recommend taking Mining and skinning OR, Mining and Herbalism. Both combinations give you extra items that sell well on the auction house. Having 1000 gold at level 60 is nice for buying yourself an epic mount to ride around on. The extra gold will keep your character in good equipment as well, providing you with less downtime between fights and fights that last shorter periods of time, thus leveling you faster.
Finally, you should look into one of the wow gold (http://www.cheapergold.co.uk) various leveling guides available for purchase. I have purchased a copy of each guide and reviewed them. Some offer varied amounts of questing while others are focused mainly on "Grinding mobs." There are a handful of free leveling guides available which you can find on the Internet through your favorite search engine. In my opinion, the paid leveling guides are much better and easier to follow. I was able to level up a hunter in 7 days of /played time using a commercial leveling guide. If you decide to purchase one, you should print the PDF guide out and place it in a laminated binder for easy access.
